4th Circuit Joins the Fray

As reported in Blakely Blog, the 4th Circuit has scheduled rehearing en banc in United States v. Mohamad Y. Hammoud (Mullen), No. 03-4253, for Monday, August 2d, after supplemental briefing, on the effect of Blakely v. Washington.
