El Vocero de Puerto Rico poll: "How do you rate the judicial capacity of our judges?"
El Vocero (Spanish language daily) is currently running an online poll asking "How do you rate the the judicial capacity of our judges?" (Although the poll question does not distinguish, we believe this poll refers to Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Judges, and not to the federal Judges in Puerto Rico, who have usually ranked very high with the public.)
